Governance
The Jersey Biopharma Council operates under a governance structure designed to support the responsible coordination of the sector and constructive engagement with government and regulatory stakeholders.
The Council is being established as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, to be governed by its members in accordance with its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The Council brings together member organisations working across Jersey’s regulated biopharmaceutical sector and provides a forum for collaboration, policy engagement and the promotion of high operational and regulatory standards.

MEMBER REPRESENTATION
Role of Member Organisations
Member organisations form the core of the Council’s governance and activities.
Companies participating in the Council contribute their operational experience, regulatory expertise and sector knowledge to help inform discussions and support the responsible development of the industry.
The Council operates on a member-led basis, with members collectively guiding its priorities and strategic direction.
Through collaboration within the Council, members aim to promote high standards, share expertise, and support the long-term credibility of Jersey’s regulated biopharmaceutical sector.
